Day 1
Knowledge, technique & demonstration- Intensive theory and professional barber protocols
- Blade geometry, edge analysis and material knowledge
- Freehand honing of hollow, full-wedge and kamisori razors
- Professional head-shave, beard and Italian shave demonstrations
- Service structure, sanitation, organisation and client care
Day 2
Application, repetition & refinement- Six complete shaving sessions on live models
- Personal coaching and immediate technical correction
- Razor control, positioning, pressure and skin stretching
- Refinement of timing, consistency and service quality
- Individual feedback, final evaluation and diploma ceremony
The sequence may be adapted to model availability and individual learning needs, without reducing the training content.
