Good to know

Frequently asked questions.

Clear answers before you begin. For personal advice, use the WhatsApp button on the website.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

No. The Academy provides the materials required for your training. You may bring your own razors or stones if you would like personal advice about them.

Is training available in different languages?

Yes. We welcome international students and, where needed, arrange a suitable tutor or translation support in advance.

How do I start?

Choose the programme that fits your goal and contact us through WhatsApp. We will personally guide you toward the correct Level, Workshop and available date.

Do I need previous experience?

Level 1 requires no previous experience—only motivation, discipline and respect for the craft. Level 2 is reserved for students who have successfully completed Level 1.

Will I receive a diploma or certificate?

Official Levels provide the appropriate Academy diploma or recognition for that stage. Level 3 Ambassador recognition is awarded only after testing and a positive internal discussion. Workshops provide a participation certificate and are not part of the official progression pathway.

What happens after my training?

You remain connected to the Academy. Eligible graduates join our international alumni community, where they can ask questions, share work and receive continued feedback from tutors and Master Barbers.

What makes this Academy different?

We unite a Scapicchio family tradition dating back to 1820 with precise modern practice, professional protocols and close mentorship. The focus is not a superficial demonstration, but a lasting foundation for your craft and career.
