Scapicchio Academy Takes the Stage at O’rigine in Paris
Steel. Soap. Hands. Knowledge passed down through generations.
On Sunday, October 11, 2026, Scapicchio Academy took the stage as one of the headline acts at the second edition of O’rigine by O’barbershop in Paris.
In front of around seventy people, Master Barber Stijn De Sutter and ambassadors Romain Chaudet, Christophe Brans, and Marjory Bibi brought the Scapicchio family’s traditional shaving craft to life—a tradition passed down since 1820.
While Marjory and Christophe honed the straight razors, Romain performed the shave. Stijn guided the audience through each step, sharing practical advice and explaining the techniques behind every movement. Four barbers, each with a role, united by the same passion.
We proudly shared the values at the heart of the Scapicchio family: respect for the craft, support for one another, and the belief that knowledge lives on when it is shared. A moment to inspire fellow barbers and encourage the next generation to carry the tradition forward.
