He expects focus, commitment, and respect for the fundamentals. Many Master Barbers have passed under his watchful eye, refined by his standards and shaped by his clarity. His corrections are precise, his expectations clear, always demanding, always constructive.
What sets Luca apart is his masterful precision paired with openness.
Rooted deeply in tradition, he remains curious, receptive to new ideas and alternative perspectives. He understands that craft must be protected, but also allowed to breathe. This balance makes him not only a formidable technician, but a deeply respected mentor.
He is a beating heart of the Scapicchio family.
At Bovino, he plays a crucial role in Level 1 training, where foundations are laid and habits are formed. As a teacher, he is calm, clear, and unwavering. Students leave his sessions with structure, confidence, and a deeper respect for the ritual of shaving.
Together with his nephew Davide, Luca works daily in a finely tuned salon where hair is cut and shaves are delivered at the highest level. Their collaboration is seamless, experience meeting elegance, discipline meeting finesse. The salon is not just a workplace; it is a living classroom.
Passion drives Lucca.
He returns time and again to the shave, revisiting, explaining, refining. For him, mastery is never static. Every shave is an opportunity to improve, to teach, to honour the craft.
